Clear communication, speedy service, and thorough follow through, Salisbury goes above and beyond to help clients out. Our water heater fried at townhome we rent and these guys were there ASAP and were even willing to wait for me to call management after their approvals process screeched to a halt. Our repair technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and a great sport when he got splattered with hard water sludge. Highly recommend!

The best in the west! We loved Seattle and Jose on our basement remodel! Since we prefer to speak Spanish, it was nice to be able to communicate in English and Spanish.

We recently moved into our new home to find out that our water heater wasn't operational. Our first efforts to have our water heater serviced was with another company that lead to an overpriced quote and an open gas line that eventually leaked gas throughout our entire house. Once we recognized the emergency we decided to go with any other option we could find, and when we called Salisbury Plumbing they were able to get a technician over to our house in minutes. They remedied the problem, gave us a fair-market quote, and installed a new water heater the very next Monday. Seattle was excellent to work with, and he even helped us install a new kitchen sink faucet that we had been planning to put in ourselves the next day. Overall we were very satisficed by their responsiveness and good quality work.

Salisbury was referred to us through our contractor on a complete basement remodel. Seattle was the main guy who came to our place each day and did the bulk of the work. He was awesome! He really knows his stuff, and he was pleasant and polite, always. We had them put in a new water heater (tankless), new water softener, new kitchen plumbing (sink, dishwasher, disposal), 2 bathrooms (sinks and toilets in both, tub and 2-head shower in the other). It's been nearly a year since they completed the work, and we have had no issues or leaks. When I need plumbing things done going forward, I will definitely use Salisbury - especially if they send Seattle.

Needed some plumbing work done, called Salisbury to do the work. Seattle, the plumber showed up and did an awesome job. Ended up going with a tankless water heater, so we had to move some lines round to make it fit. They were priced competitively, he was on time and kept me informed of the process. Did a great job, would use them again.

I had a major leak in the pipe that goes from kitchen and bathroom sinks into the basement. The leak was in a very difficult place to reach. Salisbury Plumbing came quickly and the young man (Seattle Delgado) worked very hard every minute he was here. I was pleased with the company work ethic and with their competency.
FAQs

Benjamin Plumbing FAQ

Do Benjamin homes with private wells need water filtration?

Some rural properties use a private well or another non-municipal source. Treatment depends on the minerals and sediment found in the water. Salisbury Plumbing tests the supply and explains the results. We then recommend equipment that fits the home.
The house and irrigation may place demand on the same source or related equipment. A weak pump makes the pressure swing more noticeable. A plumber checks the pressure tank and the supply path to find where performance drops.
A leaking service line may release water slowly before the problem reaches the house. Watch for soft ground or a meter that moves when fixtures are off. Salisbury Plumbing will locate the damaged section and explain the repair options.
Yes, when the property layout and local requirements allow it. The project needs correct sizing and a protected route. Salisbury Plumbing reviews the building plan and coordinates the plumbing connections for the new space.
It is when the home has enough fuel capacity and dependable water flow. Hard water may also require treatment to protect the unit. We evaluate the existing setup and size the system around actual hot water use.
Repeated pinhole leaks or discolored water point to worn piping. Low flow at several fixtures may also justify a closer inspection. Salisbury Plumbing identifies the problem sections and helps prioritize the work.
Insulation helps only when the line has enough protection from cold air. Seasonal buildings may also need a shut-off and a reliable way to drain the piping. A plumber reviews the setup before freezing weather arrives.
